Tow bar bike rack????

Looking for a recommendations in the hope i can find a used one to save some cash. so far I've seen some VERY cheap versions going and thules. prefer the prong rather than base plate type for storage reasons as will have to go in the sheds (with the bikes she didn't want me to get either!) thanks for all the suggestions

paid £100 off gumtree was new in box

way i see it is no point sticking a few £1000 worth of bikes on a £19 bike rack

I bought a Halfords one about ten years ago. It's the hanging type rather than the ride-on type and seems pretty well made and designed as these things go. I can't get along with it at all though, it's a real palaver slotting the bikes on and it's quite hard to arrange the bikes in a way that they don't scratch each other. Then you have to attach the light board somehow. The ride-on types look much better all round.
