Toughest possible paint - home application

I have some pedal cages to paint black. What is the toughest paint i can walk in to Homebase/Halfords and buy (preferably in a spray can)?

Have a look at the stuff for Garden Gates and the stuff I painted the Garage Door in is realy strong, takes ages to get realy dry but is touch dry in a few hours.

I have always found Plasti-kote good stuff
