Today's Ride

Only did my favourite 3 mile short loop today, 2 miles climbing at the start followed by a nice downhill section back. Found it very easy which was shocking and could have done much more. Didn't stop for pictures as I've posted a few from that ride already before.

Don't like posting without pictures but I am getting back out there and plan to keep it up again for as long as is possible :)

Cheers mate, I will. I still get out there as you know even when I'm not posting about it, don't like posting without pictures, don't like stopping for pictures usually :p mostly do the same routes so don't usually bother to post.

Only times I don't get out on bike though is when I'm out of action or just too busy, I do usually cycle and this thread has been a huge inspiration amongst other things and certain people.

It's an eternal conundrum, isn't it? Stopping for pics can be an unwelcome interruption, but posting wihtout them is like the starter without the main course.

Speaking of which, we've had 36 hours' rain since my aborted ride on Monday but it finally abated late this afternoon, so I took off for a hasty 25 km on the road, with a modest amount of climbing. It was already getting dark as I got home -- we're heading for the shorter days now which makes riding in daylight more of a challenge.
