Outside snow storm, but in here nothing but the good things... today's, or tonite's ride from the comfort of my bed watchin the CX Nats from Austin, not too far from Barton Springs. Trebon looks like he's ridin a 20" bike...
Today-Tuesday-Nothing but this spell of Spring like weather going on around here-70 F. again this afternoon. A little longer ride today, had to do some business by the Bay, then cut up into the Water District past Phoenix Lake and up Eldridge Grade to hook up with some guys I know at Hippie Hill, part way up Tam-maybe 18 miles and 1700' climb today...
Today-Thursday-It cooled back down to about 58 F. for the ride-down to the Bay along Corte Madera Creek, which flows into the Bay at the East end, and fills and empties with the tides-it was low tide at the Bay end when I was there today...
Today-Friday-It was a cool 58 F. and kind of misting out, so we rode up to the West about 800' and hung out in a dry spot for awhile, then back down...
Brrrr-that looks too cold for the likes of me-Today-Saturday-Fortunately it warmed up to about 65 F. and sunny today around here-Uphill to the South of Town today-across the Magic Bridge, which crosses the vernal pool that appears in the Winter, along with hundreds of Bullfrogs that gave the meadow it's name. They were loud today, even though they were hard to spot in the tall grass by the water...
Today-Wednesday-We went down by the Bay to do the loop at China Camp-didn't get to go all the way around because of work being done on the trail, but got in a good ride anyway. Great views of the bay and another Spring like day-72 F. and sunny...
