Not a '95 Judy SL unfortunaly. :-(

They fit the 1997 era Judy's and are a "top spring". Fitted as standard to these forks and these springs are a medium I believe. Unless you have a Judy that came with type II springs it is unlikely that you could use these, they are a replacement part rather than an upgrade.
