That beefy downtube doesn't look like anything Reynolds produced. Maybe its Dedacciai?

Looks like the 631 and 853 dt's of the time . Super Galaxys and Sardars had them like that .

It looks less tiggy now. Trouble is, I haven’t cycled for about 1000 years and it is in the garage which is a little dark. What do you think?

I think it needs to come out and be ridden if possible Looks like tig to me. Edit would love to see the complete bike at some point.

other forums have stated previously the Millennium 531 can be tig welded as the tubes have a thicker section at the end and are slightly heavier. The downtube does however look like aero profile as used by 853 Raleigh, Donhou, Weigh and others inc a Sirius micro track bike i own.
