Ti-bolt

does anybody know, why the decals looks so strange (original: red.white shadow). also is the "tibolt" decals strange ?

There were several variations on decals over the years and lots of Rocky's have the wrong coloured decals on them as a result of replacements being sent out. The Ti-bolt logo doesn't look right though admittedly.
 
RS Jett SL?.. I remember when the Indy SL came out (1997?) they were the lightest fork in the RS line up so some weight weenies used them - no damping and quite flexy.

I can only guess the Jett SL is on a nice bike like that for the same reason - light weight. You could/can get Englund cartridges for them that would improve things... but
