Crikey, is Mint Sauce really still going? Have not bought MBUK in many years, and sounds like I am too old for it now.

Was gutted when I just had my frame refinished and lost my Mint Sauce 'Hovering Helicopters of Doubt' stickers from the mid '90s...

I have an irrational dislike of:

- Racing - good ride spoiled.
- Stuff that serves no function apart from to look good (by all means make stuff look pretty, don't buy it because it is).
- Jump bikes - buy a bmx and play in a half-pipe.
- People who insist their approach/view/opinion etc is the only one worth having - if I want a '94 bike with a carbon fork and a non-authentic colour scheme, that is my call!

And a perfectly rational dislike of:

Poor customer service.
Crashing (although the replacing broken bits part is good).

(2) carbon frames. If I wanted something baked in the oven, I'd choose a cake. There's more craftsmanship in some of my stools. Out of interest, are any manufacturers offering lifetime guarantees with carbon frames? Probably someone is doing this but I'm not sure I'd like to thrash one 25 years down the line...

(3)I remember picking up MBUK a few years ago and didn't recognise it, too badass. But a guy from work gave me a copy the other day and it has got better though still not what I'm interested in, as an old BMX'er some of the stuff these guys are pulling is impressive.
