82 was my thought too which means Nottingham not Worksop, mostly Gran Sport, suicide levers... It is local to me though

Got to love the team colours, possibly a Rapide or Competition.

The 82 Raleigh Racers catalogue confirms the Gran Sport was available in team colours as well as the standard caramel .
