Wow, that looks great.
The only thing I'm wondering, how to ride this bike and grabbing at the hoods or in the hooks
You may need an anatomy like an long arm monkey.
Although the stem looks very nice, for riding or being able to use the brake levers at all, a shorter might make more sense.

thanks, ah sure, had been confused by all arms of the bar, of course i have meant the brake levers all up to the front
maybe those are rather just there for reasons other than use.

What is the max tyre width you could fit in that?

45mm would fit in the rear no probs. Limiting factor seems to be the clearance of the fork bridges above the front tyre. Might need some fettling to fit a higher profile tyre.
