As many of us know Paul has been fighting (and winning) a cancer battle for a while now, recently he's been able to leave hospital and is going through chemo.

It's great to see him making videos again, this is the second recent one I've seen.

I'd read some of his history before but there's lot's of great nuggets of MTB history in this video told by Paul. I think many of you will enjoy

very good friend of mine comissioned one of his awesome stems a few years back.

I watched it earlier today. I'm really glad he's putting out these videos. The man is a legend. His knowledge is a great resource.

Paul is Mr. Kool, have been a fan of his exploits, both bicycle and moto, for years. You guys should read his book.
