Apologies in advance for my distinctly non-retro parts...
Here's a question for you, I have a big pile of bits that when assembled form a cannondale F900 SL, that looks very similar to this;
The frame is USA made in c. 2004, from 6061 aluminium I think. Its finished in "Raw" which is cannondale speak for polished and lacquered, but with the addition of some snazzy airbrush decals that make it look like its made of riveted tubes, a bit like an alloy aircraft skin. Its in decent nick as far as I remember.
Other key bits;
The fork is a lefty jake (coil & oil),
it's got truvativ cranks,
XT / LX drivetrain,
a set of Hayes nine hydraulics,
Mavic XM819 UST rims on Cannondale hubs,
Schwalbe Racing Ralph's
Ritchey alloy seatpin...
I expect the bits will be easier to sell than the whole, and it'll save me putting it all together again, but what are they worth? Its possible not retro enough for most tastes on here, but the lefty forks are a superb upgrade for any bike, retro or not.
