Basic bike, heavy components. It makes a fantastically functional machine for commuting etc, but it's not exactly collectable. It's kind of like the 20 year old 1.1L Fiesta that has 10,000 on the clock.

I'd say £50-70 for a great bike for practical transport.
 
Pair of '96 Rockshox Judy SLs (1,1/8" x approx 200mm steerer) - Very Good cosmetically but could do with a stripdown and service.. Any ideas?

I'd say so. The cheapest Shimano mechanical disc brake is around £30 on its own not including lever.
