The Broken Parts- help each other repair Thread!

I recently bought some manitou 4s to fit on my rts-1. I've ordered some springs to replace the elastomers (shame really as all but 2 were good), but after dismantling and rebuilding, noticed some play when the lowers were pulled back and forth. I also noticed that the crown also had a crack in that you could see daylight through. Luckily I had also bought a set of manitou comps (for another build), so could use the crown from this, but fear that the play is caused by the wear on the slider. Ultimately this post is for advice on if/how I can prevent the play, as ideally I would want to be able to ride these forks once fitted, so anyone got any ideas, or spares (stantion/bushes?).

rhino joe's rear mech tension screw

This is gonna be hard!

I am missing the tension screw incl. plate to adjust a Rhino or Joe's rear mech:

Anyone out there having this in the tool box?

Or is there anyone that can help me with a cnc machine to fabricate such a part?

I do not have this part (it is missing, not broken) so I have no clue about the exact looks and shape....

Re: M900 spring cover?

Not too sure what's the proper name for the piece, but I would like to find a replacement RH spring cover for an XTR M900 canti brake arm.

I can't get you the part but same happened to me on my ubrake - I super-glued the part over a year ago now and it is still fine.

Looking for 1999 Rockshoxs SID lower's (disk mount). Also need lower leg bolts for a 98 SID and valve caps. Cheers.

^I may be able to help you out on that. I have one here and with a pretty short steerer that i havent had a chance to pump up and test out. I have my doubts on it based on the amount of oil that was around the stanchions and in the boots so if it turns out to be a leaker i'll part it out.

Anything you needed off of a 99 Sid XC. I should have a chance to evaluate its performance within next few day and i will let you know
