I couldn't find a devolution ChrisKing headset for mine (CK doesn't buit them any more), and the only elegant solution was to find an 1" 1/4 Thread Accu-trax.

The 1 1/4 to 1 1/8th is still listed as being available on the CK website.

What's the plan with build kit etc??

I mentioned ATAC, white gear and hard core kit, but I will go into more detail: Cockpit will consist of ATAC and Yeti HyperLite in black. Ourys, cables and Turbo in white. Seatpost is a questionmark. The rest of the bike: I used to have a great Gove Hard Core, view it >> here. A couple months ago the 1st and original owner of the framekit traced me and told me he would like to buy the kit back - if possible. He had a good story, he made me a good offer and so I decided to cooperate on this. Grove-kit back to 1st owner. I stored the parts in a little box and I think quite a lot of them will make their return on the Ultimate now.

The way the lead to the Ultimate reached me is a story of its own too, but I will not tell it yet. Maybe somewhere in future.

Seatpost is a questionmark

For the grips : would prefer ODI Attack, but I don't know if it's possible to find them orange. OURY has great colors but they are too big and I don't think that their design would fit nice on a yeti.

For the seatpost : classic with a black shimano XT… in 26,8mm

Is the head logo (the yeti sliding) original ?
The decal is usually a black drawing on white, with some holes in the bike's yeti, where you find the color of the bike.
This decal is very difficult to find.
I re-draw it for Gil, but he said me it's very difficult to print…

Yeti changed to the sliding logo in '91. Prior to that it was the front-facing Yetiman. Gil can do them, he just did the pre-'91 version for my Ultimate:
