Cheers guys :D

Has subsequently got a scratch  due to a small off!

Re:

Need to update this, currently I've stripped the 96 Kilauea of Paint as I found a run in it, which i tried to flat/cut n polish out only to go straight through the paint

so I just stripped the lot. Primed it and am in the process of spraying it with rattlecan Plastikote.

I figure if the paint doesn't last I can always get the frame re-done at a later date.

I've also stripped the set of 98 SIDs which are in VGC (phew). Just waiting on some O rings to start rebuilding it with new seals & Decals from Gil.

Also stripped the M950 rear mech, found a surprising amount of sand in it  so glad i gave it a once over and fitted a bling breakaway bolt

still lots to do, but I have a week at home with Sprog (school hols) so may get some more done

Re: The "3 way" Kona project onto No. 3...

no more purple plz! :p

good job on the spray. maybe buff it and dab in some carnauba wax. (similar to automotive detailing) in my experience it adds some resilience to the paint and makes it easy to clean the surface.
