Its an up and down thing at minute - the family are being strong for little Sam. He asked if he could see his mum - enough to melt the coldest heart.

I'm doing ok although the last couple of days have been pretty grim. My GF is going through the mill. I'm just trying to keep it all together so she's got something to take her mind off stuff.
