Ok thanks, is there that much of a difference between the F6 and F8 frames as the F6 manual states it should be 107mm for RS3 cranks ?

I don't know about the f6/8 frames, but whenever I've looked into Middleburn BB lengths, I've always found the answer to be 113. I've run 113 on various frames without problems, but maybe pace frames are different? I know my f2 had asymmetric stays that required a different rear wheel dish.
