Ditching the front mech, it's shifter, now half the brake levers

Thoughts ?.

A single armed rider would benefit of course, but is this really a proposed development for riding :?

It's designed specifically for people with weak arms/hands on one side.

I can think of 2 people on this forum alone (one sadly departed) that could benefit from it.

I'm holding out for a brake system operated by pressure on the saddle.
Clench to slow down, sort of thing.

Braking is for wimps and largely over rated  its hanging on to the bars that comes first

On a serious note, Only the other week I was reading the Overburys thread and in there was a link to Bryn's builds

Not at all, but just give some thought about the skill and stamina required to decent with just one arm and avoiding the bars flapping about resulting in you getting spat off off - and then consider letting go of the bars with your fingers in order to pull a brake lever  its fooking bonkers

A clever and interesting adaptation never the less - personally I’d stick to flat ground and go too slow for double disc set up, and besides I still have and use both my brake levers (to a degree)
