The whole bike!
Its been with me for 10 yrs atleast. Not factory build, more eclectic and needful.
Some components are catalogue spec, the rest 'just works'.
Team marin 1995. 19" ctc. 23.5 top tube.
Stem, bars, cranks and cantis are correct to period.
Its running 24 speed with XTR rear mech, XT 750 front. White industries with good rings.
Esp 5.0 gripshift, diacompe pc11 brake levers pull on marin lite, to stop you 'ass.
Yeti half grips and some another brand purple barends.
Manitou comp with soft marzocchi spring to soften the ride. You would need stiffer for XC.
Odyssey/ritchey hybrid headset.
Sestpost isnt original, but is marin 27.2.
Saddle is a comfy 'onda'. Seatpost qr is original.
Wheels are LX to f.i.r up front with good brake surface and a decent ritchey tyre.
Rear wheel is XT750 to mavic 220. Hub is as smooth, as. And rim has done 10 mile or so from n.o.s. all nice and true.
Again a decent ritchey wcs tyre.
Bottom bracket hasnt turned a mile yet, i recently shoved the stronglight jp400 in. 107mm.
rear mech is rapid rise. Just to add, some bolts are titanium. Crank, bottle and one half of cantilever bolts.
Of course, ive put this bike through its paces and has some minor paint rub and scuffs. Nothing nasty or seized.
The original front mech left a calling card with an embossing in the paint.
I cant post a full bike right now but may split if i get no takers.
