I'm in touch with a local bike frame powdercoater and he's ordered a swatch sample of RAL4005 to see what it's like in the flesh. If it ticks the boxes we'll go with that and combine the red flip coat.

The colour of the kids XS Yo Betty

There are a few diff species of Lavender but this is prettiest at peak 'purple' ~ 2nd week of August.
