Tan/amber wall tyres - restoration/care (and seeking rear)

I just got a Dart II for my 89 Rockhopper, it's in reasonable shape bit I wonder if there are products to stop the sidewalls drying out?

Also seeking something for the rear in case anyone has something (not bling or £££, the Dart cost me £13)

Try gummi ,it's a rubber conditioner that we use for any rubber seals,used it on some old Michelin tyres the other day,worked a treat
