Sweet Titanium stem help

Hi guys

After recently buying this rather nice Sweet stem, I have tried to find some information of the year of manufacturer and also the company that produced it, so far nothing...

Can anyone shed any light.. ?

Its quite light , not weighed it yet, but pretty sure its Ti, from the welding which is very nice. never seen another one before.

Anyone help ,... ?

Steel would be magnetic, Ti would not.

My guess would be steel, but you never know.
