I don't currently have one, but have had a few of the USE ones over the years, I like them, certainly took the sting out of the Pace frame after a few hours in the saddle. :)
They just need an occasional clean/lube/service, the USE ones just have one long elastomer inside, couldn't be simpler.
They can/do have a little bit of movement front to back or left to right, like a millimetre or two, I noticed it at first but soon forgot all about it, if you use a dropper seatpost you'll be familiar with it.

The Cane Creek Thudbusters look weird but apparently work quite well too.

Have got a USE SX Shokpost and it's the earlier type without the Sumo clamp.
It's NOS and brand new.

I've used the Cane Creek one, works fine until an elastomer breaks in the middle of the North York Moors
