Supermarket Self-Service Tills

only thing wih aldi is that they rush you through the till like theyre closing and want to go home so i take my time packing

At ours they just load it back in trolley and i move to where the windows are at the front of the shop to pack at my leisure...

It's getting silly though, we do a fortnightly shop for our family of five - It's getting to the point where we can't fit it all on the conveyor in one go!

Most embarrassing the other week when some young lad on the till next to us was heard to exclaim "Wow, look at all that food - there must be £1000's worth there..."

gas stations used to all be full service now they are 99% self service.

maybe this is a step towards that happening for supermarkets (full service to self service).
