I tried to apply the old adage 'find me some cheaper ones' and I can't, at least not without import charges and high shipping costs. I guess there are two buyers who want them badly enough, every sellers dream.

I'm looking for a pair myself, but not for that kind of money, better off looking for a whole bike that comes with them fitted

I have a nice pair attached to my '83 Ridgeback.....that cost about £50 more for the whole bike.

Shame is, the 'classic' bikes are usually worth more for parts, assume thats why so many are being parted out.

Yes, these go for silly money right now, but I've seen plenty of better examples recently for around the same price. Both on eBay and Craigslist.

Admittedly over here in the US, so I guess shipping and taxes need to be factored in.
