Just woken up after crashing on the settee at about 8pm, and have a few aches that weren't there before, chuffing right knee aches like a bugger now for no apparent reason :roll:

I reckon I must be winning the POTM (Pee Of The Month) contest by quite a margin

Singlespeed went well Dave but I wont be making a habit of it on proper rides
Like my gears too much but it will see plenty of use for quick after work rides etc.
