Stuck in the 90s.....?

Early 90's were the best years of my life!! (so far ;) )
Out raving every weekend, making best friends that are still just that now and on a decent apprentices wage
I've always been know by my mates for living in this era still. Always driven early 90's cars (had to sell my E30 when I got a company car 3 years ago :( ) , still listen to old Sterns tapes :D and now have a room full of pre 94 bikes!
Will be kicking and screaming when I get dragged into the modern day

I am also stuck in the 90's and lovejoy is also my favourite program and I have an antiques shop in east anglia.................wait a minute I am lovejoy  (poor, love drink, and posh birds and (not) dodgy)

Or charlotte would be nice................but never mind the search will continue............................

I love the first years of 1990, I love neon colors.
I was student in design, and it was the years where all things were really discover for mtb : suspension forks… etc. Things were going every where. For me THE bike of this area was the team america klein attitude.
But I stopped in 92 -93, the end for some little brand for being independant, and industry became more and more important.
Today bikes are boring. And the mtb spirit is totally different, too serious, too near from the old road cyclist spirit.

But, there's things I love in the 50 ies, the 60ies, 70ies, the 80ies, and 90 ies and today. But there's things I hate in each period

i was born in the 90's, but most of my bikes are 90's, my music is virtually all 90's (besides all the vinyl and minidisc?) my hifi is 1993 at the latest, i've got a original playstation  my motorbike is '86 though, and my 2nd is too be 90's, so you could say i'm stuck in the 90's too :)

I have to add my self to the list. 1988-1998 is my era. I still drive a mid 90's car (cant afford anything else) i own a mid 90's Kwak, i have a selection of 90's bikes and regularly have a good bash on the SNES with world cup striler and Mario Kart.

I am convinced that Auf Weidsien Pet is a fly on the wall documentary from a few years ago too, and have discovered a new nodern invention that claims it will be the death of the VHS recorder, its called a DVD! it will never catch on.

Oh well im off to plan for the upcoming Y2K bug that will stop all lifts, halt gas in its pipes from the north sea and look forward to another decade of Margaret Thatcher at the helm.......

Maybe, just maybe.

God i feel old!!!!

although i only got into Mtb's in the early 90's it was pretty late in life i was previously a Skater (1st & 2nd time round) & BMX'er then road bikes & got my 1st Kona in 1993 & been a RETROBIKER ever since
