no clue whether steinbach is known here, but it's a lightweight parts and frames company based in the alpes.
got this frame out of the first owners garage, but after some time i changed my mind and let it go.
for it's size it's light. imagine to undo the paint – that'll be another 100g i guess.
anyways, there's no dents and with 135mm rear spacing, bsa threads and Ø1 1/8" front it can be build into anything.
