steel 1992-93 "flagship" frameset (17/19")

as per title I'm looking for a 1992 or '93 steel "flagship" frameset in size from 17 to 19". Flagship but nothing too exotic either. Scott Pro Racing and Marin Team Issue are high on my list but I'm open to almost everything. Not really looking for NOS but not for something I have to have resprayed either. ON my wishlist

1) 1992/1993 Scott Pro Racing
2) 1993 Saracen Kili (XTR)
3) 1993 GT Team Avalanche
4) 1993 Barracuda A2X
5) 1993 Marin Team Issue

Last year for a rear canti bridge was 1995, first year was 1992 for Team Issue, it had some M900 so that would place it between 92-94. There is some overlap with production dates but not as late as 97. Most I think were nickle finish and if not looked after would turn very quickly hence powder coat.

Well, it depends!
Your request at was about steel frames, so unless you're after the TC3 full suspended frame, or the glued/bonded composite/alu lugs 8900, in 1992 steel Trek range, the 970 was along with the 990 the flagship steel frame. 970 and 990 shared exactly the same frame in 1992.
