I found mine to work flawlessly
they work fine for actual shifting. if you live & ride in rocky areas the carbon mech arms snap off. this isnt purely a dig at sram, the M970 xtr carbon mech arms snap off too.

I guess at least they can be replaced easily if they did snap, i'd rather have straight and true arms than mildy twisted and bent ones...
