I've been to the paint shop I bought it from and they say it should be fine.
It's this:

So it's clear, that still does not tell me if you are spaying enamel or lacquer?

No idea!
How do I tell the difference?
Read the label. I can't imagine why one would want to spray lacquer when enamel is so much more durable and plenty shiny with clear enamel over the top. If you mix Lacquer / enamel you will not like the results.

I don't think it's on the label?

Wet sand with 1500 Wet & dry first,then you'll be fine :D

BTW how much of the etch primer did it take to prime your frame? I'm going to be using this to do my Lavadome with?
I'm assuming you used 500 ml spray cans?
Cheers

Rich :D

I think I only used one 500ml can. I used the U-Pol Etch Primer (not acid etch) and did frame, forks, stem x3.
The Halfords stuff is terrible.

Many thanks for that, I'll get a can :D
