Spray paint on my frame.

Hello Chaps.
I figure you are the people to ask, when after advise about tiding up a bike that's been neglected.
I've just picked up my winter hack, and with a little TLC it could end up a nice bike.

First port of call is the speckling spray paint effect on the frame.
There's the odd patch where it's a little thicker, but it looks like it's been predominately in the near vicinity to an idiot with a spray can.

What's the best way to remove this without damaging the actual bike paint, other than rubbing each dot with my finger nail!

Hi, a good car wax to start with, but if that fails, T-Cut if applied carefully should work. Terry
