Just a thought...sensibly! My Mavic Crossmax had the same twanging sound on the rear wheel when putting power through the rear wheel. After much investigation it turned out it was from where the spoke entered the hub! It was moving just enough to make the spoke twang. I lubed all of the contact points between spoke and hub with a little light chain lube and it sorted it!

...might not be the same as your problem but could be worth a try?
