Spoke brand identification

Hi,

Working on a Peugeot Grisley restoration right now, I fail at identify the manufacturer of the spokes:



I seem to decipher a capital B. There's an "unknown" entry in the Spoke Head Identification Chart, but I don't know if it's the same B.

The wheels on my Peugeot Team Line 2000 have the same spokes:



If it can help, they have an unusual matte finish, as if they weren't stainless steel.
