How are the elastomers on the forks?

No need for the frame (although I can probably make use of the elastomers so it won't be entirely wasted...), but I've got to get some proper forks for my 856!

New elastomers as passed on by SLIM. They are of the hard variety.

What saddle is on it Jez and is it for sale?
Oh yea and no word back yet from my mate in Van about the Toad.
Things are very very laid back there (smokey if you know what I mean).
