Spin wheels, amber or black wall tyres?

Currently going with avid ultimate v brakes, still undecided about wheels or gearing.
As avid brakes will be fitted, would it be wrong to use the m95x carbon brake booster out back? If so, what alternatives are there? I'll want to fit one, for no other reason than I've seen a few examples or the rear end failing at the welds due to braking forces, and want to try and prevent this.

I like Spins on GTs. Granted they are pretty heavy but I make up the difference at least in my mind with the lightweight aluminum frame. And black walls are definitely my preference.

what size tires ? I think skinny amber wall look good too, but if blackwall the fatter the better.
