Dirt Disciple
This is the bike I have spent the past 10 days stripping, cleaning and refurbishing to look as close to new as I could make it.
I bought the bike from the original owners son who informed me his Father rarely rode the bike much better than "really" riding it for my project anyways.
This is how the bike was purchased 22+ years ago and when the boys were racing MTB, their Father wanted to ride with them so bought this Stumpy.
Luckily for me the bike apparently got hung in the shed under lock and key so the sons wouldn't ride/race it and give it a flogging
By the look of things I think it spent more time hanging then being ridden and I am fortunate to have been able to get one of my favourite bikes in such great condition
