FSR ground Control frame, 1997 according to a bloke at Specialized. Plenty of chips, no cracks or dents, but the top shock-mount bolt had been replaced with something sub-par, which then snapped and damaged the hole in the frame.
The forks are of unknown brand. What looks like it should be a disc mount doesn't fit any kind of disc brake that I can find; holes are 25mm apart, I think (could be an inch?). Preload on the top, rebound adjuster at the base of one leg. Coil sprung, with elastomer end and rebound stops. (I say 'elastomer', but it's more of a sort of plasticly soup...)
These might need to move to 1998+, if they can be identified.
Front wheel - hub has Specialized logo engraved, rim as per label. Some rim wear but not much. Valve stem hole has a burr around it, though - no idea why.
All these things are of no value to me; can they be of use to someone else?
Edit: Salisbury / northern New Forest
