Specialised Rockhopper 1994

I originally bought this bike from a club mate who was the first owner in 1994. It’s a steel Rockhopper in pretty good condition, 19” frame. I was going to use it as a tough all road touring bike (as shown in one of the photos) with slicks, rear rack, and mudguards. But plans changed! I mildly updated it with a Sora rear mech, new trigger shifters - now 8 speed - new chain, and brake levers. It will come with two sets of off road tyres, the rack, and mudguards if anyone wants to use it as I envisaged. Headset has been greased and adjusted. It has the original Specialized bar ends. It obviously has a few marks here and there as you’d expect at 25+ years old but overall pretty good order. It would make fine retro MTB or rough stuff tourer. Looking for £80. Given current circumstances I am very flexible about collection and happy to park it in the shed until restrictions are eased.
