Just thought I'd update this thread even though it was from 4 years ago.
It was completely my fault for being slow with dispatch. The email to this account isn't my main email, so I didn't see notifications, and wasn't on Retrobike or even thinking about much outside of being pissed off at managers & being pissed off at work - this was during Lockdown era.
NS1 emailed me directly to my main email, to which I responded swiftly. I apologised to him for the delay and explained why dispatch was taking so long. It was completely my fault, I felt awful, and so I issued a full refund. Big lesson to not delay things even when inundated & stressed to the max, and to just GET IT DONE ASAP.
At a later date, NS1 contacted me again to see if I still had the Minions for sale. He paid for them, and I sent them to him promptly this time. Tyres arrived, and he seemed happy with them. The world became a slightly better place.
