pref Saracen branded late 80's early 90's but happy to consider others.
Black, yellow, maybe blue or could repaint.
22.2 stem to fit 1 inch head tube/steerer

If you mean for 1” internal (25.4) I have this:

Ritchey quill stem for 25.4 quil for 1 1/8”.
Slight rise, 130mm centre to centre, good condition for age £15

Sorry I can’t help, looking for a 22.2” myself for my Merlin, I have a lovely 110 Syncros on it but want one with some rise to help my 42yr old back

There both more like 120 long, the black one could do with a refurb, the crome one just needs decals as does the black one.
