SORTED: 54cm frame

Building a classic road bike with classic components.

Looking for a 1960-1990's steel frame, size 54cm (approx).

I prefer
+ blue color (but other colours can be considered too)
+ good condition (i.e. straight frame)
+ lugged construction (but feel free to offer fillet brazed too)
+ quality tubing
+ light weight
+ BSA bottom bracket threads
+ matching fork
+ 53-54cm c-c top tube would be perfect, 55cm is the biggest I'll go for.
+ original paintwork and decals (but resprayed might be ok too)

I'm not so keen on
- bad condition/dents
- touring geometry
- crazy 90's paint scheme
- french BB treads etc.

Have had a few offers but unfortunately all frames offered have been too big.

So. Have made some minor changes to my requirements.

An Elswick Turbo12
A Raleigh thing (no idea what the model is as it has had a respray at some point)
Another Raleigh thing (ditto)
A Mtrax Ti/steel lugged thing

Any of them any good?
