Just picked this up locally today off gummytree couldn't believe my luck when they messaged back and said it was still for sale, i was there like a shot 
I've been looking for a 91 Zaskar basically ever since i sold my old 91 Zaskar, it's normally the case isn't it
On speaking with the owner when i got there he told me he'd owned the bike since new and decided to spec it with Suntour parts when he put the order in from a shop down London, he couldn't remember which one now though. And apart from the grips which he's changed over the years it's exactly as it left the shop. He specced a matrix stem instead of the flipflop stem because he preffered it more so i'll be on the look out for one of those and maybe some uncut GT bars because the originals have been cut down, apart from that it's staying as it is.
This is why i love retrobikes when you can stumble across a hidden gem like this there'll be a build thread eventually to get everything gleaming again but i'm just gonna enjoy riding it for a bit first.
