Well, sent some photos in taken about 30 seconds before I shut the door for the last time, plus, mentioned to our solicitor that the buyer had been round 3 times and not brought any concerns up, and we've not heard a squeak

Sometimes you are unlucky enough to come across people like this - but why is it mostly when buying or renting a house? Estate agents are unpleasant enough already. I hope this one is now behind you LGF.
