SOLVED: Identify these old track bike

I just bought this bike and I want to know what bike it is and how old it is. I don´t know is all part original or not. Granks are gipiemme, sadle is turbo and that is. Wheels are nameless and so on...

Tricky without pictures of lugs / number / panto work. Forks look straight until the end when they start to form the rake which could put it early 70's ......... By the mid 70's most track forks had a very gradual rake.

Clean looking frame but no chrome which is a surprise, which might make it a later frame.

Here is some more details. Frame has not panto at all. Seatpost is 3ttt and dia is 26.4mm.

I know it's gold 'n all, but it looks remarkably like my track bike which is a Russian Спорт XB3:

Fork crown detail (I drilled mine for a brake):

The giveaway would be the Russian size 26mm steerer and bottom bracket with right-handed threads on both sides.

It's a USSR era track frame. Produced by Kharkov Bicycle Factory in Ukraine in the late 80's, something like '87-'89.

XB3 Спорт ("Sport")

С = s - see
П = p - spell
О = o - more
Р = r - rolled r
Т = t - stool

СПОРТ was made by ХВЗ (Kharkov cycle factory).
ТАХИОН is a product of (ЦКТБ Вело) which was also located in Kharkov.
