Needs a good clean and some TLC.
The black on the rear triangle seems to be bitumen or something.
It cleaned off the components that were covered in it with hot soapy water and elbow grease .although the paints not great it could just be cleaned and ridden or refurbed.
Just want to find a home for it really.
Was thinking £20 collected or plus postage. If needed
