Up for sale is this lovely Gazelle Champion Mondial AB-Frame in red/white/blue.
Beautiful dutch craftsmanship and great quality paintjob.

The frameset has been used, but is in very, very good condition.
Paint is lush and shiny with only a couple of small flaws (some cable, pump and tire rub).
The chrome is in suberb condition. No rust whatsoever.

Looking for 200 GBP shipped to the UK. Other destinations have to be calculated.

(In the past I've shipped several framesets. I always use sturdy boxes with proper padding.)

Probably the number of the colour they've used. "Blauw" is Dutch for blue.

Nice frame just picked up one of these to replace my Raleigh

The number 9187 on the steerer is part the frame number: 3299187

My Gazelle is yellow and the also have "Blauw" the "w" was cut away when they cut the threads. Maybe it was the last name of that day's manager or something???? I am sure it was the same person that wrote on these two forks. The handwriting is the same. Just look at the way he writes the "8".

The number 8451 matches my frame serial like INDECS says. Thank you. The "1" is hidden behind that cable.

I wondered why my gazelle's serial had one less digit but it all makes sense now.
