Not a brand i've seen or heard much about on here, but would love to know more
Who knows what?,where they were/are born, general builds and all other manner of questions worthy of an answer :D

Made some lovely carbon frames in the 90s that were MASSIVELY ahead of their time  I had one and it had a built in flex in the mono stay of about 1.5inches,bloody amazing  most are now broken but good for them to have the confidence to make something like that in c1996

I have a Scott Scale 40 frame in 6061 alloy and it's very nice. Deemed to be a very good climber, which unfortnately, the rider isn't!

I've wondered the same. Bitd there were loads of Scott Montana's and Boulder's around and now you rarely see them. Scott were really popular and I think they made aluminium frames pretty early on, which might explain their absence today.

I always find it surprising that a company like Scott whose primary business in the early nineties was producing ski goggles could go on to be a market leader in such a completely different industry.

I dont know a lot about them,
but i owned a scott expression 94 i think.. really nice bike in a dark green colour ! .
My modern bike is a Scott reflex 10 hardtail... nice looking machine and it rides sweet..

They make some nice bikes. They seem a bit less bland than trek or specialized and often come out with some innovative designs and seem to get good reviews. I think they came from a skiing/snowboarding background and started developing bikes in the 90's.

their main business was ski poles , they were the best in the early 90s . same as you had to have ringle on your bike , you had to have Scott ski poles , the bended ones , on the slopes .

just got hold of a team steel frame . they were very similar to Ritchey P series .

now they make some of the best carbon frames , some of the lightest . sub 1kg for road frames .
