Small road bike / ladies bike

Looking for a small road bike for a friend.

Ideally 50cm, but can probably get away with a size either side.

Modern ish, alloy frame with carbon fork, shimano tiagra or 105, so ideally nothing too expensive.

Got an Orbea Avant H40 that my lad isn't interested in. It's 48cm c to c and it's the green 10 Spd Tiagra one from 2016. Probably about 250 posted (seeing as we are about 350 miles apart). It could do with a new outer chainring but is otherwise quite lovely.

Or a 48cm Ideal (which I'd never heard of but it's a rather nice Kinesis frame) from early 00s that's a bit tatty and has a funny old mixture of Dura ace 9 speed 105 and Tiagra. That would be 150 posted.
